How do I place an order?
1. Once you have selected a product, click on the item to enlarge it. You will then be able to select a quantity.
2. Once you have entered the quantity, you must then click Add to Shopping Cart. You may repeat steps 1-3 to select different products.
3. Once you have finished shopping, just click the Check-Out button.
4. Select a shipping method.
5. Fill out the requested information and Continue.
When will I receive my order?
Our standard delivery time is 4-10 business days.

What forms of
payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. All payments must be denominated in U.S. Dollars. Your account will be charged for the amount of sale at the time of order.
You may also choose to pay with your PayPal ® account or mail in a check or money order. Orders paid for with check or money order may be held up as we wait for the check to clear.
How does your
company use my personal information?
You have our promise that any personal information you provide will never be used by anyone not employed by us. It is NOT our policy to loan, sell, or share customer information to anyone. Any financial information that is collected is used only to bill customers for shipped orders.
What is the cost of shipping and handling?
Shipping charges are based on the weight or number of items of the order and the distance to its shipping destination. A final shipping and handling charge will be displayed before you confirm any order.
Do you ship overseas?

Can I ship to a different location?
To ship to another address, please enter your billing address in the billing information field and the ship to address in the shipping information field.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, contact our customer service department for further instructions. We will ship an identical replacement to you at no additional charge. Please do not discard any of the merchandise or packaging materials.
Is it safe to use my credit card?
Experts agree: If a vendor takes standard security precautions, transferring private information over the Internet is actually safer than handing your credit card to a waiter or checkout clerk. We use state-of-the-art secure server software (SSL) to prevent your valuable information from being tampered with or compromised in any way.
Our secure server software encrypts the information you enter before it is sent over the Internet. This prevents outsiders from gaining access to, and using your personal data or credit card information.
What is the returns/exchange policy?
If there is anything wrong with your order, or you're not satisfied, you may return the un-used items to us within 10 days of receipt. We will not accept returns after that time. We will refund your money or we will replace the merchandise for items of equal or lesser value. Shipping charges (or shipping costs in the case of free shipping on original order) will not be refunded.
Do you offer a catalog?
Yes, we now offer a catalog with a number of our shirts listed. Please email our customer service to request a brochure. Note that the catalog does not have as extensive or as up to date listings as what you'll find on line.
Is it possible to print the design on the back of the shirt?
Yes it is. We always print the designs on the front of the shirt unless a customer specifically requests differently. If you'd like a design on the back mention it in the "comments" box when you place your online order.
Is it possible to print our churches name on the shirt?
Yes it is. However there is an extra cost involved. For light colored shirts on larger orders the price per shirt is minimal and can be processed quickly. For dark colored shirts the waiting time is greater as is the cost and is only cost effective if to be done for a group.
